How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Return Shipping
We offer free shipping on all applicable return items. Email us on customerservices@bloohmhome.com and we will send you the shipping label to attach to the packaging of item that you wish to return. Excellent sound quality, I was also surprised how loud this little device is. I really like it, I hope I can use it for a long time. Competitive price, I recommend. it.
I purchased this as I wanted a decent little speaker to sit on the top of the hatch cover as I single-handedly cruised the canals and rivers of the British waterways, and this little gem does the job well. Sound-wise it's excellent, especially in the lower frequencies. I use it to stream Spotify, Amazon and other music stored on my iPhone and MacBook Pro, with which it connects flawlessly. If you want a compact, versatile unit which produces decent sound you'd be happy with this. Not Hi-Fi but it represents good portable sound at this price point. It's not in the same league as my B&O system but hey, that cost a grand. Enough said...

I don't know why but I have already got that many portable speaker but when I saw this I knew I wanted it. It has bluetooth pairing mode, TF card mode, radio mode and believe me the radio reception is mint, the sound volume goes up very loud, it comes with a USB charger and an aux in aux out cable, so it can be used with PC or TV etc...
I would not hesitate in recommending this speaker - remember, it has a built in battery so does not need to be plugged into USB - it can go anywhere with you.

Amazing speaker, I just love everything about it, even has a hands free on it for my phone FAB
I bought this to use for the bedroom for mindfulness and relaxing sounds and it does great - also sometimes for when I'm in the shower and it does the job. Great little speaker with good build quality and I expect it will last. Handy that it has a memory card slot so if you wanted you could load music and then not have to rely on Bluetooth.
