How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Return Shipping
We offer free shipping on all applicable return items. Email us on customerservices@bloohmhome.com and we will send you the shipping label to attach to the packaging of item that you wish to return. Please note that the item you are wishing to return must reach us within the 30 day timeframe set in the returns policy.
