How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

I must say that I was a bit skeptical because of the ropes, instead they are robust and Quality will not fray and will definitely last for years, they are thick and tied to perfection.
The effect is better than in the picture, they are simple to assemble and in the package you will find everything you need, there are no bulbs you can choose the ones you prefer.
They come in copies and the price is really top, I've seen them the same around they cost more than twice as much.
Pros: they are in the latest fashion and at an affordable price, solid and beautiful
