How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. I delayed replacing an annoying bedroom phone-charging clock just because I assumed one that cost less would be even worse. This clock is so much better than what it has replaced. The brightness is genuinely adjustable, the controls are simple and intuitive, and the wood casing is either real wood or such a good imitation that I am happy either way. I am happy to have the day/date function - my work days are not as regimented as they were pre-covid, and it is a little bonus to be able to wake up knowing the day/date. The temperature is ambient and I don't need to know what the temp is of the room I am in, so that is needless info for me but not distracting so if you need that, you've got it. Charges my Iphone SE, in its case, with no problem.

This is a smartly designed, stylish bed stand clock. I normally think of such clocks as simply functional. However, this one makes me smile. The control over the brightness of its display provides a marvelous range, from bright to subtly visible. I'm a light sleeper, so the low setting is most welcomed. Also, the alarm is easy to use and the clock is easy to set. Oh, and since I've purchased this clock, I don't run out of charge on my phone. I normally have my phone close at hand, and it is so easy just to lay the phone on top of the clock. No more messing with plugging it in and having it tethered when I roll over and try to answer in the night. If you choose this clock, I'm sure it will make you smile, too. Recommend✅

The product worked as advertised and looks nice to boot. It's pretty understated visually so it blends into my décor really well. I am not looking for a clock like this to make a statement, I wanted something that was low-key and tasteful.
The wireless charging feature works through my non-standard case that lifts the phone up a bit. I was concerned that it would be a problem but it works just fine so that was a big bonus. I find myself using the charging feature more than I thought I would whenever I am in that room.
The brightness control is a real plus as well because I can dim the brightness in the evening if it is bothering me.
Setup was a little clunky but it really only took me about 30 seconds to figure it out.
