How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Return Shipping
We offer free shipping on all applicable return items. Email us on customerservices@bloohmhome.com and we will send you the shipping label to attach to the packaging of item that you wish to return. Please note that the item you are wishing to return must reach us within the 30 day timeframe set in the returns policy.

This makes a wonderful gift and night light. My son has it on every night. He is fascinated by how it spins. As a family everyone is really pleased with it. He also likes to hold the globe and look/find a the different countries. It looks really sleek as well. A good buy.
Would make a very good, unique gift for someone. This is very interesting and I love it! It’s easy to set up - I haven’t had any troubles and works just as it should. It looks amazing, great to have somewhere in like a office and your desk table at home as it’s something you would want other guests to see.
At the same time you can use the globe for learning etc.

I bought this for my son for his birthday. Such a cool and unique gift! It does take a moment to find the right position to get the globe to float but once you get the feel its easy to do. Needs to be plugged in in order to float also. All around visually pretty. I would completely recommend this item.
I got this for my husband. It's a unique item that is a real talking piece. He had wanted a globe for ages, and this was just unusual enough to catch my eye. It's easy to set up, and the lead has a two metre reach, so it can be placed on a shelf etc for safety. The globe spins for ages, held in place by magnets, and the coloured lights in the c shaped holder enhance it attractively. It's a lovely piece, kind of living a living sculpture. The price is excellent and it was well boxed.
I’ve always been a sucker for cool desk items, but I have to say this one is my favourite buy of this year!! For the price, it doesn’t feel cheap and the globe is very detailed (again, considering the price). I was going to take this one to my office at work, but I want it for my Mancave! I suppose I will be ordering another one!! Highly recommend!!
This floating globe is absolutely magic and a real talking point when you first see it lit up , it would suit particularly teens upwards . Mine will sit on my work desk whilst I work and I find it so soothing to watch whilst working . It is small and compact and will look good anywhere in the house . Easy to set up if you follow the few instructions and would make a wonderful and thoughtful gift for anyone . Also a good learning aid to show young people all about different countries and oceans . For what you get for your money I highly recommend this product and well worth the cost and well worth my 5 STARS

I was a little worried this may not look as good in the flesh as it does in the picture. However-it's decent quality and looks lovely. Got it turning and then spinning straight away. Ive seen similar spinning globes for double the price so this i excellent value. It's a great gimmick which looks particularly lovely in the dark. Very well packaged too may i add.
