How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. Brown outer look which I didn't expect. however the colour of shell was ok as wasn't really a big issue or that noticeable in the way these were placed. They were smaller in size than expected, but nevertheless, they still look good. I've only had a few days, and so far, light is pretty good on them.....and that's during dull days with minimal sunlight,
I really like them atm.
It would have been nice to have had a button option to turn on/off, but not a major issue.

I ordered these solar deck lights to fix on my large wooded planters.
Arrived in small basic box, 12 solar lights with screw fixings supplied.
Easy to assembly just screw through fixing holes straight into wood planters or decking. Fitted all 12 within 10mins.
Just pull out plastic tab and lights are fully operational.
Auto charging and illuminate as soon as it gets dark. Lighting stays on all night with a good day of sunlight.
Overall, Good value for money. Great decorative lights which are also light up small area of the garden at night.
