How do I Return an Item?

We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)

Really nice close head shave, was my 1st time buying a shaver like this for my head, really impressed, also shows how much battery life is left along with how long its been in use after each shave. Dont waste your money on the expensive similar shavers, this does the trick perfect ! Hope this helps👍👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent shaver. My previous shaver has only five heads and, whilst that was perfectly fine, I think the extra few make it easier to cover my entire baldness quicker. This is important as I’m a busy man and I don’t have enough time for bad (non) hair days.

Joking aside though, it cuts well and makes my head feel nice and smooth. Recommended for the non-hirsute amongst us.

When I first saw images of this shaver I thought it looked 'over the top' or gimmicky. But I couldn't have been more wrong! Straight out of the box (fully charged) I started to shave my head; the 7!! floating heads naturally conform to the shape of your head and give a very smooth/comfortable shaving experience. I immediately noticed that the shave was being completed in record time ; thanks to the 60% increase in area covered (compared to a single head shaver) The claim of a 40% saving; in the time it takes to complete a shave was more than borne out. I wouldn't have been surprised if the time I saved was 50% or more! The £42.99 price is very reasonable when you take into account the various accessories that are included; the smart LED screen, informing you of how much of the 90 minutes (fully charged capacity - charge time 2 hours) is left and the USB charging convenience. I really, really like this shaver, Wow!

It became time for me to take the plunge and buy a shaver that I could use every day, would cut really tight and retire my old Remington that I'd be using once a week. I did a lot of research about which shaver to buy, toying with one of the Skull Shavers, but having read the reviews of this one decided to take the plunge as at £40 odd quid I wasn't going to lose out on much if it didn't work as hoped.

I cannot overstate how impressed I am. It took a little getting used to at first, with lots of checking the back and top of my head in the mirror, but I'm about 6 or 7 shaves in now and it's becoming easy. The shave is really tight, though not like a razor (which I'm happy about). The number of blades make it easy to be consistent and the batter life if outstanding. I'm not even 50% through the charge that it came with yet. It's also a doddle to clean either in the shower or with the supplied brush.

Honestly, for £40-ish, you can't go wrong.

The electric razor is a quicker, easier and definitely no cuts!! It doesn’t get the head as smooth as a Gillette razor but not far away and a quick one minute trim each morning sets me up perfectly for the day! The battery life is excellent, I’ve charged it every couple of weeks!

Overall, an excellent purchase and definitely a positive game changer!
