How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The dodecahedron is very decorative, even turned off. Has an amazing effect, voice command, remote control and a very good app with almost 300 configuration modes. As for support, I recommend putting an E. V. A on the little boys so as not to scratch the piece. Worth a lot!
