How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)

Great rechargeable battery life
This lamp is simple and easy to operate, it casts a lovely glow and has different shades and colours, it is also a great addition for indoor decoration, it’s glass-like exterior bends the light into a pattern that stands out from other lamps. To operate all you need to do is touch the top of the lamp, press longer to adjust the brightness of the light, an amazing lamp and well worth buying. I can recommend highly.
I love lamps and this was an addition for my bedroom, it is really attractive and comes with a remote so handy if your in bed and want to adjust it , it has 16 colours, 4 light functions and 3 levels of brightness so you can have it from bright to dim .
The colours are lovely and I personally like to let it run through them all and find it very relaxing , the actual lamp is well made and attractive too.
You can also change the colours by pressing the top if you prefer not to use the remote , very easy to use and lasts ages on one charge via USB. Really pretty indeed.

This lamp is larger than I expected, and it's solid and looks like glass, colours are amazing and very vivid, I use mine in bedroom on fade mode it helps me to relax and nod off to sleep in the safety knowing that it's not plugged in and it sometimes is still going when I wake up for work in the morning if not I plug it in and recharge for a while next day before using again. Love it, I want one for every room now the pattern it makes on a dinning table or even floor and walls etc it so lovely. If your having thoughts about getting one, go for it, you won't regret it. Xxx
This crystal style table lamp is brilliant. I have used through out the house and the rechargeable lamp is good for going out side when its dark as a little lamp/ torch. when I am using it in one spot I make sure I plug it in every day so it does have time to change. This is so brilliant. I have shown some of the colours here but there are many more to choose from and there are different modes to choose from and also you get a remote control. this is really good value for money and is well made.
The lamp is beautiful. After charging there is no need to plug in to the mains so it can be moved freely which is good. I purchased the three colours model with different shades of white which is very pleasant. I recommend.
