How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. All of these knives are excellent. They have a very pleasing, modern and unique look, feel great and substantial in the hand, clean very easily and are holding their finish well, and seem to be holding their edges. I like the weight of each knife and how it feels in the hand. Just enough heft to feel substantial, yet light enough to easily work with. It cuts through frozen meats with minimal effort and glides through fresh meats, melons, and veggies as though everything was made of butter. My knives are relatively new, but I am sure they will last a long time without a great deal of maintenance.
Very high quality with wooden handles I think they are weighted handles they feel quite heavy, there is a metal lazer printed logo on the tips of the handles which looks very stylish and each blade has a beautiful tiger type print pattern the length of the blade again lazer etched I assume
It looks very nice and what you would expect to see in high end kitchens or chefs Station
They come in well packaged box and with covers so can be safely stored away, although I prefer them on show. The metal seems high quality too with good weight distribution there is a boning knife a steak knife and a carcass chopper all very sharp. Each knife feels comfortable to use and the blade tapers out to the handles
I would say these are high end suitable for the home or commercial setting excellent visually and should last a lifetime in that case I think the set is a fair price in my opinion for quality equipment
This is an excellent knife set & far superior than the cost would lead you to believe, sharp, attractive & very good value for money. The knives are delivered in a well packaged box but it is not until they are unpacked you realise how good they look & feel. Over the years I have used some well-known branded knives that are 3 or 4 times more expensive than this set but I rate these as highly. So much so that I find myself constantly reaching for the Santokui knife which has become my firm favourite.))
I was a qualified chef many moons ago and have always used quality knives. These are different level in terms of sharpness and balance. Cracking value too. Got a ripe tomato from the fridge and even though the skin was overly ripe it was like cutting with a hot knife through butter!!
Got the order in a week. Everything in the kit as ordered. Everything matches. The steel is cool, tried to check compliance and remembered how they taught in the Department of metal science - if you are in the store trying to check the quality, take the knife with two fingers by the handle and click the blade, if the knife begins to ring, then the steel is super. Good quality knives. Very sharp and well balanced.
These are extremely sharp knives. A small vegetable knife, a large chopping knife and a Japanese cleaver. The metal has an unusual wood effect pattern etched onto it, and a real wood handle. Because they are not serated, they can be resharpened, but they haven't needed sharpening yet, and we've used them daily for about 3 months..
Very strong knives. Suitable for gifting also.
