How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). The packaging is meticulously good, and it's exactly the same as the photos! You can automatically switch colors and set the color you want, but if you turn off the lights, you can't automatically save it. I have to say this is top quality at this price.
