How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com.
Return Shipping
We offer free shipping on all applicable return items. Email us on customerservices@bloohmhome.com and we will send you the shipping label to attach to the packaging of item that you wish to return. Please note that the item you are wishing to return must reach us within the 30 day timeframe set in the returns policy.

A good looking spellbinding diffuser this. It has quite a nice contemporary look about it, clean curves - it may not be as "organic" looking as some but it is quite stylish. Easy to set up just remove the lid and fill with water, the maximum level is marked on the side and also with a plastic tab on the inside of the water reservoir. Add a few drops of essential oil and away you go.
It runs off a USB connection so you could have it running off a laptop if you wanted or even a power bank if you wanted it outside, but it might be nice to have a USB plug handy for a more permanent positioning. It can be run without the lighting effect on and it diffuses really well. But for that extra pizzazz then switch the "flame atmosphere" light on it looks great - almost hypnotic, you can change the light intensity by using the button to increase or decrease it.
Perfect humidifier and diffuser! I use Sun Essentials in it and the scent comes through strong and balanced(the orange and basil ones are great to keep the energy up). The humidifier in my office has helped clear my skin and reduced my allergies. Plus it's beautiful!

A stylish well made diffuser for multi functional purpose and i am very pleased with its reliability and long lasting design.
Its very easy to fill and for a small capacity i'm overwhelmed how well it lasts & gives a fab fire illusion off that it has fooled quite a few so far and also given a lot of compliments especially at night as it lights up the ceiling too.
Gives off a fair amount of mist and ive plugged this into my tv and its a relaxing therapeutic and stylish design and i highly recommend it for quality and value.
Absolutely in love with this type of diffusers. I have now ordered a second one to use in the patio. Visual effect is gorgeous, especially when on high setting and the pretend flame is intense. Looks genuinely as a flame. The only flaw is that it is not powered with battery and hence it's not as portable as I would want.
Looks really good in the lounge and probably even more cosy in the winter. With Adjustable flame and brightness.
It was very easy to fill up with water, a few drops of essential oil and plug in. Love it!
