How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. I brought 2 of these sofa covers for my L shaped, brown, leather sofa (a 4 seater & a 2 seater). Before these I had a throw which I would tuck in but they were constantly moving and falling off whenever anyone sat on them. It got to the point where I was stressing about people sitting on them which is the whole point of a sofa.
These fitted covers are a life saver and so easy to install!

Absolutely love these, wish I’d gotten them sooner. Purchased the grey ones to start with and they were great, then purchased the camel ones wasn’t sure on colour of the camel as thought they looked bit orangey in advert but colour is beautiful, more champagne colour highly recommend these. Made old sofa super comfy and new gave lease of life.
Measured the sofa as in the picture, turned out to be 235 cm so took the size of a 3-seater as they stretch well. I like the cover very much, I advise you to buy it. Delivery also very fast.
