How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and process your replacement/refund accordingly. If a replacement is not available then we will refund the full purchase price of the item. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. I’ve wanted a projector for a while now, something that was lightweight and would be easy to take away with me for family holidays and weekends away and this was absolutely perfect. The price is amazing too for what you get! It’s a really nice size, looks great, good picture quality and I was really surprised how loud it goes too and it’s clear! Overall, really happy with the product. Can’t wait to take it away with me! I’d definitely buy another one!
This is probably one of the best purchases I've done! The size is perfect, small and light so it doesn't take up a lot of space and easy to carry around. The picture and sound quality is great, I always project it on the ceiling as it's more comfortable me but you just need to prop it up with a book. I usually use Chromecast to mirror my phone on the projector.
Absolute bargain purchase for the price of this i could have gone to at least £150 for one and it wouldn't have been half as good as this the picture is perfect with the manual focus i don't see why even the most non tech savvy people won't be able to use it so straight forward plug it in and it all explains itself kids will be so chuffed when there watching Disney+ outside in garden under the stars

Wasn't expecting this to be quite so good. Easy install and was able to watch YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime via HDMI from my laptop. Speakers are ok for indoor use but not sure they would be enough for using outside in the garden but for the price I really can't grumble. If you are looking for a mini projector then you can't go far wrong with this. Picture quality is great for such a small thing.
My girlfriend got me this projector for my birthday and what can I say...This is the best present ever! It is so light and portable, and I love to camp, so I cannot wait to take this out with us. Have you seen those photos of outdoor cinemas? well now I can do that as well. The picture quality is really good, and it is easy to adjust. The set up is simple and it can be used with various different sources (iPhone, MacBook, sd card...).
I had no idea where to start when looking for a projector but when I found this one and read all the positive reviews, I had to give it a try. I can say I'm really pleased with it and it's great value for money: It comes with all the cables you need, it can project the length of a 3-seater sofa and you can use it to charge your phone too.
