How do I Return an Item?
We offer returns for wrongly sent items, products that are defective or products that are damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, you can contact us at customerservices@bloohmhome.com including pictures of the damaged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Only regular priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds (if applicable)

Very sturdy and flexible so you can move your phone different angels and length. I am a knitter and have my patterns in an app on my phone. I don’t have to have my phone on my lap anymore, keeping my hands and lap free for knitting.

We love our new phone holder. We regularly watch movies in bed, and this gadget has been perfect for us. The only improvement I could see would be to offer different lengths. Sometimes it would help if the holder were just a bit longer.
The phone clamp is perfect for my iPhone 14 even with a case on it. The stiffness of the bar is great and yet it’s flexible enough to shape.
The base works awesome as well as we remove and secure it to the bed every night.
